Your freeze will be processed for your next direct debit, providing you have given the appropriate notice (10 days).

If you require a medical freeze please scan and email your medical proof and membership number or card ID number to your local centre.

Your membership will be frozen for just £10 per month, to keep your membership active and to ensure you don’t lose any of your member benefits

* Please note, we do not offer freezes on any courses. This includes swim school, skate school, gymnastics, diving and all other courses on offer.
